One way that we provide superior service is in the way we treat our customers.   We always want to be improving upon the work we do across our services by learning new skills and technical abilities, but another way we enhance the experience for our customers is by assuring that we treat them with respect.  Great customer service is at the heart of what we strive for in achieving a high standard of quality reviews and customer testimonials. 

The first way we show our customers respect is by listening to them.  Here at SERVPRO of Greater Northern Charleston & Dorchester County we make sure our customers feel heard.  We find that many of our customers might have just experienced a traumatic event, and sometimes those events might have destroyed their home or belongings, and tragically sometimes even worst.  We understand what it means to be empathetic, and how important it can be to listen to our customers during times of crisis.  Listening also allows us to better respond to our customer’s needs and expectations. 

Another way we show respect to our customers is by always being calm, courteous and kind.  We know that under some of those circumstances where a customer is dealing with the aftermath of fire or flooding, they might be upset, sometimes even angry about the situation.  We know how important it is to be patient and to show kindness to those who have just experienced hardship.  We also live in the community to which we serve so we see our customers as neighbors as well.   A little bit of kindness can go a long way to making people feel better about their situation, and their community.

The final way we show respect for our customers is by taking great care with their home and belongings.  At SERVPRO we understand that your home maybe in a terrible state when we show up but we take a lot of pride in how we treat your belongings, and your home, even when it’s been impacted by water or fire.  The things that you value the most are the things we try to save and restore.
